Bill McNeir is a member of our Council and retiring after a 36 year educational career. Bill is one of the first kids that started the St. Joseph Youth Group in the early 1970’s. The Council started the group and eventually turned it over to the Parish.  Bill’s family is celebrating his retirement by getting together at a Skylands Stadium game on Saturday, August 13, 2016.  If you are interested in attending, please take a look at the attached flyer.
